Partners Actions

In the following pages you will find all actions, all activities that were made before and after the Youth Exchange from the partners of the Project. If you go to each country the participants organization made some actions or activities and you will find there all the details of these activities or actions. You will see young people who will participate in the project, as they were doing the posters, they are visiting places and they are learning about Climate Change.
